About Service Pumping & Drain Co.
Founded in 1927 in Wakefield, Massachusetts by the Hewitt family, Service Pumping & Drain Co., Inc. was purchased by Dick Mottolo in 1972. Consisting of only two employees and two pump trucks at the time, the company has grown to include over 16 employees and 15 service vehicles. Service Pumping and Drain also has its own wastewater treatment facility Northeast Environmental Processing in Lawrence, Massachusetts where food and grease trap wastewater is processed.
Service Pumping & Drain Co., Inc. is family owned and operated. Both large enough to serve you and small enough to know you and care for your needs, we offer knowledgeable advice on any drain-related issues. We are not "sales-driven" - our technicians provide you only with what your system needs. We also offer prompt 24-hour emergency service. With over 12,000 customers throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Service Pumping and Drain strives to provide reliable, professional service.
